This Privacy Policy explains how Invoice Ledger ("the App", "we", "us"), developed by Noodle Labs, handles your information. Invoice Ledger is an offline-first app: the invoices and information you create are stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that receive or store your invoice data, and we do not require an account to use the App.
The App lets you create and store the following locally on your device. We do not have access to it:
This information remains on your device until you delete the relevant invoices or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App removes this locally stored data.
We do not collect your name, email, invoices, clients, or attachments on our own servers — we have none. We have no analytics SDK that profiles you, and we do not sell personal information.
The free version of the App displays ads using Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, general device information, and ad-interaction data. This is governed by Google's policies:
Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are shown a consent message (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads are used, and can change their choice at any time from Settings → Privacy Options within the App. Purchasing the premium upgrade removes ads.
The optional one-time premium upgrade is processed by Google Play. Your payment is handled entirely by Google — we do not receive or store your payment-card details. Google may share limited transaction information with us (e.g. that a purchase occurred) for the purpose of providing the purchase. Your premium status is stored locally on your device.
Photos and files you select are stored locally within the App and are not uploaded to us.
When you share, email, download, or export an invoice or backup, the App uses your device's own apps (e.g. your email or file apps) and the system share sheet. You decide the recipients and destinations; this data is sent only at your direction and is not routed through us. Backup files you create contain your invoice data and attachments and are under your control.
The App is intended for general business/productivity use and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because your data lives on your device, you control it directly. You can delete individual invoices and their attachments within the App, or remove all App data by uninstalling the App. To reset advertising choices, use Settings → Privacy Options (where available) or your device's "Reset advertising ID" control.
Your data is stored in the App's private storage area on your device and is protected by your device's operating-system security. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but because data is not transmitted to or held by us, the primary safeguard is your own device security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
